  1. Yes, EU citizens do not require a permit. However, non EU citizens must apply to the Greek Embassy?
  2. Yes, however, it is only a formality and can be arranged for you if you give your lawyer power of attorney.

Either P 60 payslips are required or your Tax returns if you are self employed and a valid passport.
